Incorrect Address

If you realize that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at care@ultimus.store. We will try to assist before the order is shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
