Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include all original accessories, manuals, and components
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items showing signs of misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or excessive wear may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Digital or downloadable products
- Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such at purchase)
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review your request quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item received is defective
- The wrong item was shipped
- The product arrived damaged
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without valid tracking information.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
